If you’re reading this post then you know that we finally made it to Korea, or “Kee-ah,” as Jadon calls it. And exactly how did those 21 hours go? Jadon was amazing–I can’t believe he did as well as he did, and if you’re thinking that I gave him Benadryl, nope. Nothing. He played, slept, and sat quietly. That kid is a trooper and a much better traveler than his mommy, but I do have to say that I was relatively calm during the flights (thank you for the prayers). Nothing can make a 14+ hour flight feel shorter, but we got here safely, and that’s what I wanted.
So far, the funniest two things about this trip are 1) Jadon asking if we could get baby sister now that we had landed (and he’s asked this multiple times) and 2) During the van drive to our hotel (about an hour), Jadon kept asking “When will we get to Kee-ah?” I guess S.K. isn’t/wasn’t what he was expecting??
Well, obviously we’re exhausted and hungry. We still can’t believe we’ll get Chloe tomorrow. Wow. Stay tuned for pictures and a recap of tomorrow. We’ll also meet with Jadon’s foster family.
Oh, I also have a running list of “Are You Kidding Me”s. This list will get its own post at some point in the future. I’m sure I’ll have more to add before we leave.
Until next time….

I am so glad you guys made it and have Chloe! B.J. told me that Jadon and Chloe are playing together. So cute! I prayed that the journey would be safe.
